Ideally situated in Edificio Royal close to the entrance of Los Cristianos a local of 73 m2 on the first floor which has a right to use 15 m2 of terrace outside to place moveable objects such as tables, chairs, stand and displays. Currently used as an office but could be converted to another type of business.
The local at present is divided into three offices, one of which has a meeting area, with a corridor and toilet. There is air conditioning in two of the offices and an air renewal system throughout the premises.
The Community fees are approximately €180 every two months and the IBI annual charge is approximately €320.

Actuellement utilisé comme un bureau mais pourrait être converti à un autre type de commerce.
