Das Stadthaus befindet sich in der Gegend von La Jurada, mit einfachem Zugang zur Südautobahn und in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums und der Schule. Eine der begehrtesten Gegenden in dieser Gemeinde.

  Het herenhuis ligt in de wijk La Jurada, met gemakkelijke toegang tot de snelweg naar het zuiden en vlakbij het winkelgebied en de school. Een van de meest gewilde buurten in deze gemeente.
  Het heeft een onafhankelijke ingang vanaf de straat en is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. De hoofdverdieping, die de begane grond is, wordt betreden via een terras dat toegang geeft tot de voordeur en tot de glazen deuren van de woonkamer. Er is toegang tot een ruime woon/eetkamer met veel licht. De keuken bevindt zich op deze verdieping en is onafhankelijk en zeer ruim. Er is een wasruimte. Deze verdieping heeft een toilet.   San Isidro è una delle entità più dinamiche del comune di Granadilla de Abona.   La casa a schiera si trova nella zona di La Jurada, con facile accesso all’autostrada sud e vicino alla zona commerciale e alla scuola. Una delle zone più ricercate di questo comune.
  Ha un ingresso indipendente dalla strada ed è distribuita su due piani. Al piano principale, che è il piano terra, si accede attraverso una terrazza che dà accesso alla porta principale e alle porte vetrate del soggiorno.
