Lavender plants are plentiful and apart from being lovely to look at attract the bees that are so important for the pollination of the plants. The current owner has won the prestigious award of best white wine in the island wine competition for producing white wine from the grapes here for the last 7 years. The bodega has a capacity to produce 2.400 litres of wine with several wine drums of stainless steel. There is also a separate machine room and chemical storage area.
The land is flat which is hard to find here in Tenerife and completely enclosed. The entire area is fitted with a complete drip feed irrigation system.
The House which was built in 1995 is on two floors with downstairs having 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a lounge with a large working fireplace surrounded by marble imported from Portugal.
Upstairs which is accessed by an external stair has the main bedroom, which has air conditioning, with large en-suite bathroom and a dressing area.
